Space includes 8-foot table.

SIZE: Food spaces are 14' wide X 10' deep. All others are 10' wide X 8' deep.

PAYMENT: Cash, money order or certified check.
Print out form and complete. Make checks and money orders payable to FEVA.

Non-profits must submit a 501(c)(3) form with application.
Every booth must submit a copy of thirty-day vending permit to FEVA office before festival or you will not be able to vend.

If sharing a booth, please attach additional sheets with business names and contact information. Please submit ONE sum payment and indicate who the primary contact is.
