    What is the Howl! Festival? The most vibrant, iconic, and stylish
festival in the world! Why is Howl! so cool? Because it is our own home-based, 
East Village/Lower East Side, artist-produced festival and our community is world 
renowned for its sense of adventure, creative excellence and chic! How can you 
make a statement at Howl! Festival and show your personal attitude? 
Come join the fun!

        Our other events, poetry, performances and music, to mention a few, will begin throughout the neighborhood on the 4th and run throughout the month.   Last year was a great success and this year will be no less vibrant for the tens of thousands who visited the festival last year and will return this year with even greater enthusiasm.
